ISIS that imports terrorists to Iraq from other countries or Al Qaeda that exports terrorists (or cultivates them) in other countries (India is publicly added now)?

Al Qaeda, the mother of ISIS is no where comparable to what ISIS is... ISIS is faar more dangerous. Just the expanse of the control it could establish is ..

I cannot say much about this ISIS issue. Terrorism is part of politics, and in politics, we really cannot see anything beyond the official statements released by our "leaders" .

The only thing that can be done by governments is to upgrade, strengthen their security standards, quick time-to-time dissemination of intelligence(which is a problem in our Indian Govt. due to lack of required infrastructure for effective communication) to guard against terror attacks.
