Alright, that makes sense. I confused myself with the wording of the question. So, truth is objective. YES. But, I was rather trapped in Einstein's is the tree still there when I turn around puzzle.I know a truth (factual, real) but I determine my listener's best interest (my perception, beliefs, guesses of an outcome all come together in my decision making). It is better to tell what you know to be real rather than be scared off by what you believe the outcome might be. Ignorance is not always bliss. I cannot think of an example when it was. I would love to hear some though. All in all, personal interest comes first (calling a spade a spade on this one).
To me, truth is absolute, object and relative, but my beliefs lean more towards absolute truth.
The quantum theory: "If a tree falls in the forest, and there's nobody around to hear, does it make a sound?" The answer depends on how we choose to interpret the word "sound", isn't it a human experience, which is derived from results of physical signals by sense organs? There is already truth in what we hear and see and how we perceive...
I agree with you here that ignorance is not a bliss and to it's a temporary...
