they understand. but still one feels guilty.

its not about beating my ownself. its about being honest. one does feel bad knowing other people have the ability to trust you but you on the other hand are not doing the same. thats a fact. sure they will not say anything and they continue being nice but yes i feel bad. i consider such people better than me. there is no shame in admitting that.

Did you find one reason to go against your principles now? 😛

Well.. if you feel guilty you should tell them what you want to say .. but if you never wanted to say it, then you will feel guilty after saying it...

it aint a principle. lol.

a person is a mix of good and bad. we sometimes have this mindset where we act in a manner where we show that somehow what we do or what we are is more towards the good/positive. we want to be brave, we want to be famous, we want to be rich, we want to be good looking, we want to be loved, we want to be the best, we want attention and in this case i am sure the default is we want to be the most trustworthy.

sometimes we need to acknowledge bad as well. that is part of us too. here i am doing that. lol. i have had this guilt in me that on forum and over the years i have not revealed much compared to friends who have trusted me a lot. therefore this topic.I wanted to see what others think. am i the odd mean person lol.

anyway made my point.

You aren't mean, you're being cautious and careful - and true to yourself - you can't do things that make you uncomfortable. There are many loonies to be found online!

Thank You. I am a fox and not to be trusted. Anyone who knows anything about me should be aware that maybe what you know aint the truth. Maybe I used the identity of roommate. lol. Here are some other possibilities

thank you. well context of my guilt is good and honest people who i am pretty sure are trustworthy and have shared information with me ovewrtime. i dont worry about loonies. lol.

so yes one has to admit own issues at times. still thanks

I was younger than I am now. My mistakes were more long-lasting and naiver back then. I fell prey to some stuff that has disabled me to fully trust anybody. I barely trust myself when it comes to many matters. Real life or virtual life, people have a knack for playing football with the faith you rest in them. Albeit I am a believer and I hope to gain faith in myself and eventually I'd be a better judge of character and be able to get over the brutal incident that gifted me my lovely trust issues I speak of.

@epiphany 🤗 such is life.. you trust someone .. they break your trust.. hopefully you learn something and move on .. and won't repeat the same mistake again! But then before you realize it, someone else breaks your trust .. and well that's how life works. But you don't realize it, each incident is just making you stronger and ready to face the world! 😛

@King A, just knowing someone for a long time doesn't imply that you can trust them. And I would take Moomin's advice and be careful of loonies out there as well! 😊

That said, I repeat again.. don't share anything anywhere on the internet that you don't mind becoming disclosed to the public. Here is an article by someone who is well-known security technologist.

I realize that. 😳 I am stronger and happier than I have been in a long time. Such incidents give one this immunity against all possible shit that can be caked in their faces from time to time and I am proud of the lessons I learned. They practically made me me and I like me now. (:
