^ My family (at least most of them) were pretty cool about discussions on sexuality. Of course we couldn't have it like it's some sort of a football match, but my mom did give me part of the 'talk' herself. Actually, I was such a curious child - I learned it all from Encarta (an encyclopedia). Half of it went over my head, but along with one of my cousin we just made it our aim to learn all about it. My aunt in particular was very helpful. Of course finding the next chapter and its meaning meant so much to us then - and now it seems such a silly part of childhood. 😆
LOL! Guess I am just revealing too much. But honestly, this just reminded me of my childhood. 😳
Honestly though, I think parents or elder siblings or someone older and wiser in the family should give the talk to children when the time comes. And yes sex education in school is very important.
