Hey, I don't think we need to encourage homework solutions out here. But you can post a debate topic, and get the views of different people. From that you will have enough material for you to compile your speech.

Hey buddy;

I believe that you need a speech on some specific topic thats the reason you are also asking to give the name of the authour.

If you can give the topic on which speech is to be given, maybe somebody can help you here.
