2.The question posed by the debate is pretty straightforward. Is cancellation of an IF ID good or bad? At some point you have to take a stance and answer Yes or No to the question instead of dillydallying forever. For the record, I unequivocally said that it's bad.

The reason I dont like a ban other than missing a buddy is because it obliterates all the posts made by a member. Now deactivation is something different. If a person wants to voluntarily cancel IF ID there should be an option to simply deactivate it rather than ban that person and all his/her posts unless that member had specifically asked for it. The adm/ devp team ought to seriously look into it. This suggestion had been made by some members earlier in the relevant thread in a diff section but continues to be ignored.

5.And yes, at some point Vijay has to (and will) start spending money procured from external investors instead of bootstrapping his venture and depending on free services. There's a saying and, Vijay, this is for you. You get what you pay for! BTW, if you see this message, call me. I am not averse to plunking down a little for a percentage ownership in Cyberax.
