I do not think there is an answer to this why. The same question applies as to why some people should be stars at all and why some people should be regarded as great at all when we know they too were human like us.

Am not a Rajni Fan ...but its fun to watch his movies...about the new movie ..Second half is excellent especially final 30 minutes of action sequences are good. I think Robot is the neat special effects film ever made in India and is definitely there is a Hollywood touch in terms of both special effects and imagination.

I think Its all economics. If Rajni gets paid 45 crores it means the revenue he generates justifies producers paying that kind of money.

No one creates movies out of charity.

If SRK or Big B can generate that kind of reveneue they would also be paid as much as Rajni.😊

I complete disagree that all tamil stars are worshipped.....I dont know from where u get all these details. Yes people love cinema and enjoy them and the masses all have their favs and have their respective fan clubs. But they dont get worshipped and plz dont generalise. If few people build a temple for khushboo which later was demolished then " it becomes all the people"..

So if people stand outside srk, salmans, big B's house, shall i generalise and say all the people in Mumbai stand outside film stars house for hrs for a wave from their stars, that would be stupid on my part.

as for the fan clubs, they actually work , they do social work and also have proper jobs. As for actors joining politics, I dont see whats wrong in that, if every tom dick and harry with criminal background can join poilitics then why not film stars as long as they administer well.

as if bollywood has no stars in politics, rajesh khanna, vinod khanna, jaya bachan, hema malini, jayaprasha, govinda, sanjay dutt, vinod khanna, big b too joined politics then later withdrew, sharughan sinha, so dont know whats the big deal.

so plz dont generalise.......all stars are worshipped, thats untrue.

and for the ones who said that his personal life doesnt matter. It does for me and many others, one reason why people appreciate him and respect him is bcoz of his personal life. As for gud looks, thats purely in the eyes of the beholder, I actually find him good looking and better than many stars in bollywood .......u know why coz when i see them , they look fake and unreal. When i see rajini, his sincerity and realness displays on screen even if he does the most ridiculous thing....u can feel the genuine effort in it...

I cant describe it anymore, u cant deny that not all the people are masses. If people all over from tamil nadu, karnataka, andhra , usa, malaysia, japan (dancing maharaja, they call him), kerala can flock to see his movies there must be something abt him.

In India, every person who is little famous in his profession becomes God- Sachin, Amitabh.

But these guys at least do their job- Play cricket and acting respectively.

What kind of an acting is needed for his roles? Lol.....

What illogical stuff they show, I tell you..But when was any South Indian movie logical? 🤔

I hate it when they call these people God..It so badly sucks.

I accept Rajni is a grt actor....ppl of TN love him so much
but whts da need to worship him....isnt tht bit too much
actors are just human beings like us..they dont have any super natural powers

why do ppl go crazy for him 😲
may be he is a gud human being...but common he isnt god🤔
