And there's nothing wrong with being a size zero.
You guys are criticizing people for trying to go for being a size zero and that they look like skeletons, but what about people who are naturally a size zero? Why does everyone have to criticize them? My friend is a size zero and i see nothing wrong with her. She eats A LOT. She eats more than me, and she weighs waaay less. But she's also very athletic, which explains her size.

Now should i start calling her names because she is a size zero? -_-

And guys, size zero and malnourished are two different things.
Who said being a size zero is unhealthy? As long as they are exercising and eating right to achieve it, who cares!

I looked up pictures of size zero & most pictures posted were of like malnourished people 😆

To everyone out there, there is nothing wrong with being a bigger size.
I read an article once about a celeb and she said, it doesnt matter if you are a size 0. In order to look good, you have to have a flat stomach, not a small waistline.

I just think that be happy how you are, and there is no shame in going for a smaller size, but dont go through huge extents to get there.

1) Who are you aiming size 0 for?

it's not about size, it's about overall packaging. lol. for example, here's one set of specs- 117.5 lbs with+- 2.5 lbs tolerance, 5'5" with legs that stretch as far as eye can see, body mass index between 18 and 20, face that can set off ww III. extra credit if u got half a brain.

once you pass that, grading can start in earnest. lol
