Pavan ji you are right in some ways but not exactly.

If we cannot help ourselves we cannot help others.

When you carry out your duties and responsibilities it is not called "selfish" but the carrying out of a responsibility.

If you have notes or some good knowledge it should be shared with your friends but that does not mean you neglect you own studies.

Generally in life we cannot progress or be happy by being selfish.

Happiness & success elude us when we chase it. Its more like a by product of our deeds when committed in good faith for the common good. Most of the top notch business honchos are now into service B4 self. The only way they can achive long lasting success is by building trust & that comes by commitment to adding value to others. One must focus on whats in it for "others" rather then whats in it for "me". The later attitude may lead to success but only for short term. So the sure shot way to real success & happiness is when we think for the universal whole.

Sometimes being shelfish is not a bad thing, you've gotta put yourself first at times, its only unhealthy when your being un fair to someone. It [shelfishness] requires a balance when needed.

well i hv found that no one can become Successful in his/her life if he/she is not selfish ?? and i think i am right but after getting what one has dreamed one need to become un selfish so that the previous one becomes fulll.

i mean thats the rule of world every action has an equal and opposite reaction.

1st the person is selfish and after the opposte reaction comes he/she needs to be unselfish then only it would be balanced.

i think you all should get it if no you can pm me to make it more clear.
