u know what? they get extra marks as well as reservation. and if they can get a seat without reservation's help they can easily leave that for another of reserved category candidate. now who is the sufferer. along with population this is also one of the reasons y we have so many good candidates going abroad to study and work. bcoz they feel they r being treated as 2nd class citizen, when they r paying the most amount of tax.
