It is true that Jodha did not use the kaneez and gratitude card, but she did use similar principles. Meaning she used the reverse of that indebtedness and said that Anar has already done a lot for her and Salim. She made it seem like Anar was being asked to do a favor for her.

I somehow feel that this is where Murad comes in. Anar will use him to create misunderstandings to make him forget about her.
