format of the show a bit konfusing

the king is very excited abt the show. but the format seems a bit weird. now that they have selected the various team members for the zones how are these teams going to compete against each other n how will the winner be decided. if its by audience votes then irrespective of how each team performs all the 8 southern sizzlers will be out as not many will vote for them from south while the people from other zones will not vote for others.

if the teams are eliminated or winners decided only by judges then its surprising how come rani is a position if so much responsibility. rani has never been famous for her dancing. neither is she a trained dancer in any form. now how can she judge the choreographer of pappu maalu, nagendra prasad etc who have years of experience in dancing.

king like you we are also confused but as all knows they need one show piece in judge's seat.........so rani is like that........sorry no offence to rani fans because i myself is rani's fan too but as dancer and actress i rate madhuri is far better choice than rani..........

and about voting i think after declaring india is one country regardless of all different culture and religion ..........all this reality shows never leave chance to divide it in all this zones that creates troubles and hurt everyone's feelings and reason is ..............show organisor's selfishness to earn more money through voting and create controvercy

If Mithunda can be a Grand Master, then Rani has definitely proved to be a better dancer...

Madhuri lives in US and has two kids. so it will be hard for her to rope in. Rani's career is not going great guns and perhaps she was available for judging the show😃

Anyway, if Arshad can judge, anyone else can too😳

Just for the record Arshad Warsi was a choreographer before he shifted to movies. So dont know but its abit unfair to consider him as a non-dancer 😉

Mithun in his day was one of the better dancers in India. Thats why people made movies like Disco Dancer and Dance Dance with him in the lead. I think Rani is adorable but did not know that she was respected for her prowess as a dancer 😕

Oddly enough, Arshad was a dancer before he became an actor. In fact he used to run his own dance school

today while introducing Rani, it was said that she has been trained in Odissi. I think she is here just for the 'feel good' factor. Wish Shiamak wud have the final judgement of marks to b given. he is surely going to b the most unbaised n responsible judge.

the format of the show is a replica of the show 'superstars of dance'....one solo...one duet...one group....kinda like that....

rani being a judge....she is one of the best dancers female bollywood has today....along with aishwarya....as for her being trained....she is a trained odisi dancer and has given many performances too....unfortunately in bollywood....its usually the male dancers who are given grand steps n choreography while females are ignored....hence their dancing prowess doesnt really come to the forefront.....madhuri was a fab dancer....but it shud be the choreographers like saroj khan n others who shud be appreciated for the fact that they understood her dancing prowess and brot it to the forefront.....also back them there was more of actual dancing in movies.....these days the dance along with song routine has kinda disappeared.....so its not really easy to understand who is a good dancer and who isnt....

as for arshad warsi....as others have mentioned.....he was a choreographer before he bcame an actor....so he does have the capability to judge.....
