Totally random and off topic but since we are discussing T here, I thought I would share this.

I feel T should choose a costume that covers legs for Shakti - the dance pants, spandex body suit with slightly flared pants etc. She is really pretty but has wobbly legs. My attention went to how awkward her legs were looking in this Friday's performance. I hope they take care of this going forward.

Either it is editing, or he decided not to become the butt of grandmaster's ribbing and not to endanger his dancers. Last season Terence was the most constructive critic. He seriously gave out in depth analysis on strengths and weaknesses for the dancers. Unfortunately, the other masters and the grandmaster unfairly gave him a hard time over it. The junta also probably misunderstood his critiquing and assumed his team performances were flawed.

So this season in front of the crowd, he applauds his team.It boosts their morale and leads audiences to believe they did it flawlessly. I am sure he discusses the performance in depth with his team during practice off camera. It shows that he is not mindlessly praising them because his team shows growth and improvement. Also why should the other teams benefit from his critique, they have master to do that. 😛

Shakti mentioned that due to the accident that happened in the childhood, which left her almost disabled, she has those marks on her legs. And maybe due to that accident her legs might appear woobly to some.

why should he be the bad one giving improment comments to every single contestant and consider them their own ,,, when remo and geeta cetainly do not do that

I agree....Terrence is not as strict and straightforward with his opinions about the performances as he used to be last season...I miss that too cuz that's one of the main things I admired about him as a mentor....but he still remains my fav. out of the mentors.

Also, I was very surprised with the choreography of Vandana's solo act this week.....so haphazard....I expected better from Terrence...just the fact that she's supposed to be portraying a person with the mental age of 5 doesn't excuse the fact that she needs to dance in her performance....it just looked like she was flailing around randomly :S....I think if Vandana had been given a better choreographed act, she might have had a better chance of staying back and not getting eliminated.

Wel! may b u guys r rite...it can be editing ka funda but I also feel that last season whenever he used to correct or give tips on dancing other masters inc. grandmaster used to make fun abt. him so that may b d reason....but he still gives tips to not only his toli but Remo'z & Geeta'z gang as wel.

C'mon people!! You got to be kidding!! Last season, TL got the most bashings in this forum for the very same thing - that he points out all the errors point by point not only to his team but to the other two as well!! And how much pissed off many members here, especially Remo supporters. And there were several Terence bashing threads, highlighting the same characteristic repeatedly!! Even GM ended up calling him silly names on camera, like Kanjoos Terence and all that, and it kind of backfired at his team towards the end, since he pointed out every single flaws of his team and no one was there to defend them, whereas the other two teams had their mentors to defend his points against their dancers!!

I am so happy that he has started to reserve his comments now and being diplomatic to all contestants, and highlighting the positive points more and specifying the negative ones only when it's really bad or obvious!! I cannot help laughing though, that how people will come up with whatever he does as a reason to point fingers at him!!! If he says the points, it is bad, and now when he doesnt say it also it is bad!!! C'mon people, Terence is a very genuine person and he doesnt fake his feelings to anyone, and that's why he is such a gem of a person that his fans adore him for!!
