What's wrong with Terrence??

What's wrong with Terrence this season.. Is it me or everyone watching changed Terrence..

He is getting too emotional when his students does good job, regular cry baby.. ystday Soumya herself told Terrence salman has taken your job, pointing the tech faults in performance.. I don't see him doing what he does best - telling students their tech errors.. I don't think so it is being edited..

His choreography is top class and creative as usual but we want more from him, some where very good, some where boring like ystday's trio act and all izz well.. and i am already bored watching Shakti doing the same thing again again..

I know Terence is member of IF.. if he is reading - I want our DID 1 Terrence back

I really don't see any major changes in Terence. He has always got emotional when his students perform good.. which is natural considering the amount of time he spends with them and he probably is a sensistive person. I also do think a portion of the comments are being edited but Terence did a good job pointing out errors last week...

Regarding Terence and his critcism that you think is lacking..

I agree with you. Terence is getting too emotional and has stopped giving those good and bad points. But as far as i know he is been told to stop being critical and some of his comments are being edited. Nonetheless, he is the only choreographer who has gone abroad and studied dance and the technicality.
SO it is expected out of him to give the technical information. Yes some of his choreographies are not up to the standard that he has made for himself.

Shakti should be given to do something more tan jazz and contemporary. We know now that she can do that. But now she should try hip hop, funk, Latin American, etc.

Remo please make Puneet do some jazz and contemporary as he is trained from Terence Lewis for 3 years.

Nikita shah is an asset to DID.... She is Fabulous and versatile.

I think if we are to believe editing happenings, everything he points out is being cut.

On the other hand, I kind of agree, are they really cutting of THAT much? Doesn't seem like it! I want the Terrence which used to have his list of improvements and errors always written and ready. I miss that.

On the other hand, I am loving the fact that he's learnt to STAND up for his students. It's clear he loves them very much. Even was in DID 1, but he never was behind them as much as Remo was. DID 2 has made Terence tougher. I see him a lot more FOR his students. He argues when he thinks others are wrong, namely Geeta last time. I loved that to the core!!!

For the style, I think Terence has always been more on the contemporary style. I mean let's admit, that's what he himself is a master at. Though yes, we've seen nice dances from contemporary, but if he wants to stay in the race, he should come up with varied styles. His choreography is top notch, but he should try changing styles a bit, especially when he's got talented dancers like Shakti or Kunwar on his side. Or maybe he's just waiting to strike at the right, right time! 😛

All that said, I still love him!!! Loadsss... He's well above the rest for sure, though Remo does surprise from time to time with some acts.
