A soothing lovestory that started on a perfect note and moved through pace of time with many ups & downs... A story that has many aspects, many connections! Heros that hero & heroine look up to & heros that were unsung! Life as it happens & life as it moves on!
Every step of life as you move forward, presents you new challenges, new joys, new questions, new paths! Change is constant & you do explore the unexpected! That's what creates the History!

when a show is based on content & every character matters! Adarsh & Swadheenta were 'Jiya' of this tale! And their story was connected to all the strong characters around.
Team Dahleez did good justice to connect all the lives in wonderful tale!

It was all about SwADarsh until their wedding & then last quarter was about fight for justice, a reality that is a dangerously common occurance in times we live in.

There used to be shows: story based, content based! Before Kekta invaded!
Fauji: Lt.Abhimanyu (srk) was the hero; so were others. There was Banegi Apni Baat ( Madhavan), Sailaab... Many others!
just hope, Harshad's fans support his taking up this show in times where long running 'heros' play nothing beyond business tycoon/briefcase pati/skilled labor male lead!
About one third of the show time was just about SwaDarsh! And I have truly enjoyed it.

Yes, I am guilty of complaining about missing SwaDarsh scenes, but truly think: it is due to rushed end! In an ideal scenario:
I would have preferred bomb planning- plotting-discovery happen after wedding, may be a day later during high profile Delhi reception!
But oh well!

In order to wrap up in given 106/8 episodes: makers did rush & kind of fumbled in these last episodes!
Though I would have liked court marshal of Yash, was glad atleast they redeemed an army man! Though, that DOESNOT justify his misdeed.
I am hoping, tomorrow in court, Manohar will testify against system & mantriji.
Though jail time for Manohar & jadbharat Jai would have been apt!
JJ scenes in last few episodes is my biggest 'grrr' complaint! Parallels are redundant. It actually killed initial strength of their story.
Another 'oh please.. Really?' Blunder: school hostage & bomb diffusing situation. Was that really Dahleez? Oh well!

All in all : SwaDarsh still has a lot of potential! Hope star plus does think of season 2!
(Harshad's article says their contract is over- there is no plan for season2 yet. But some 'paddy' will write: Dahleez 2 is not possible. Oh well again:) let's just expect the unexpected)

That is the advantage of having finite shows. Their focus is more on the content, and not on the characters.

I truly loved the fact that there was not a single track which focused on a particular character. The focus was always on the story. Yes, I think they could have edited out some irrelevant content and filler episodes to give us more poignant scenes towards the end. I will miss these scenes that I had hoped we will get to see -
1. A scene with Adarsh near Asad's grave, apologizing for everything that he said about him, wishing he had known him better
2. A scene of Manohar's break-down which was more believable
3. A scene where Jai does something that will redeem him in our eyes (They showed it on Suhasini, her regret, her agony. But they didn't show it on Manohar and Jai)
4. A proper re-union between Swadheenta and Adarsh
5. Yash's redemption

But I also realize that the reason I had these expectations to begin with is because this is a fantastic show. The fact that on its last day, it leaves us wanting for so many more things is testament to the fact that it has been incredible, and we expect more and better.

Salute! I truly hope that they can be a part of many more such interesting and note-worthy projects.

content & performance wise this is the best show i have seen in recent times. every character had something to do here & were not there just for the heck of it.
My only problem is that their efforts are not recognized at award shows thanks to channel politics. even in Bollywood some good movies does get acclaim & recognition in jury or critics award but on television it is trp that matters. dehleez anyday will be 10 times superior then gopi , simar & withchcrafts that has taken over our screens today. infact comparing dehleez to them is actually an insult.

thanks to makers & channel for this wonderful show.
