Middle class children are asked to tolerate. Ask to believe it is their fate. And I want to ask back. Can t we change our fate. Cant we question. Why we have to tolerate. If we have to tolerate what is the purpose of us studying so much. If we can t protect our families from destruction, if we cant stand up for ourselves what values are we propagating.
In high class society you can divorce. In poor families husband lives wifes and go, then wives live their life as they wish. In middle class the girl is asked to tolerate else her sanskaar, the sanskaar of her parents will be questioned.
A lot is talked about middle class values. It is time some of them changed and some of them applied in the right sense.

@shru change cant be brought in a day.. and no matter how much we argue, they wont change its a fact.. still you can see the same portrait of middle class family which was years before.. Its sad to see that change occurs in every part except our mentality😊

Unfortunately most of the negative aspects of our society are created by our circumstances. I truly believe that other than psychopaths and sociopaths who are born with genetic defects, no normal human being is born bad. They become good or bad depending on their upbringing, circumstances, environment, learning. People like Asad's friends are those unfortunate ones who have been denied these crucial things in their life.
How ironical is it that these bad elements are fighting to get simple things like the ones that Asad has, and Asad who has it all is wanting what the Sinha's have, and Manohar wants what someone else has. Just goes to show that we are never happy with what we have and always want more.

Yesterday, I could see no difference between Asad and Manohar except for their age. When young, Manohar was probably exactly like Asad. There is a misguided notion of ambition here. I want to be "rich" is not an ambition. Becoming rich is a by-product of your ambition.

Maybe an exception, but in yesterday's episode I could understand Asad's actions. More than the fact that he wants to be rich, he is torn between the fact that his sister is leaving him and going, and the fact that he is not being able to enjoy her wedding completely. And that helplessness and frustration is coming out in different ways. I really like this kid. He is one of the most natural characters in the show for me.

Jaya and Jaidev are getting close. Yes, a finite series, but I am still a little bummed with their story line. After a huge nautanki of divorce and everything, no one even as much as had a conversation with the both of them about how they can and should resolve their issues. In Abhay and Simmi's case, everyone stood by them. It would be nice to see something similar in Jaya and Jaidev's case before they have reached this point. We didn't see a transition in Jaidev at all. From the rude guy that he was, he has now become this accepting person... why? Don't know. But I am happy for the both of them. Good he is lightening up. A simple conversation (maybe between the brothers even) would add more meaning to the evolution.

@Pom, I agree with you that a wedding day is one of the most important days of your life and it should not get tarnished, let alone with the blood of the brother that you love.
I have a feeling that they won't go down that path. Simple because it is too horrible to even think about... . Maybe the blasts get prevented and Asad gets killed later (if he has to die at all). or maybe they still find the connection and catch him only. Well, all we can do now is hope.

If at all he dies on the day of their wedding, then we will have to start looking for positives later.. like he will be remembered for saving the country on the day of their wedding (atleast after his name gets cleared). That he became a martyr on their wedding day. So he will be remembered for his contributions to the country, and SwaDarsh can think of him fondly on that day?

I was thinking, yesterday Asad mentioned that if he has another life, he wants to born in a richer house like the Sinha's. I thought that if they kill him, they may end the show by showing SwaDarsh having a son called Asad Sinha...

Anyways, I guess we will wait and see what happens..😆

@Priti when you said Asad will be remembered as a martyr something got my attention. What is Swa's b'day. 15-Aug. Yes for us 15-Aug is independence day, the day we got independence from our colonial masters. 69 years down the lane it is easy to think of this day as independence day and enjoy our holiday. But what was 15-Aug-1947 in actual. A day that went into the history as a day when the country was partitioned into 2 based on religion. A day gore blood shed happened on either side of border. A day where men were killed, women were raped and children were tortured to show power. That's 15-Aug-1947. Freedom didn't come cheap. It cost a lot of bloodshed. And a woman born on that day to bring new tidings, some destruction has to be there on the most important day of her life. It is plain symbolic. Freedom, the price of freedomAnd Priti I liked the way you compared Asad and Manohar. Even Suhas tells in his younger years Manohar was like Adarsh. So when ambition clouded the thoughts principles went out of the window. Is that what happened with Manohar. And by guiding Asad's ambition in right direction is that what Swa is doing so that he doesn't go misguided way. Coming to JJ. A lot of heat went out of Jai's system after he opened up with his parents. And his wife gave him the opportunity for that. There is a new respect for Jaya in his eyes. He is slowly seeing her. And starting acknowledging her existence. The woman who finally made him open up. And Suha was first busy with plotting and planning. Now she is busy with marriage. And after marriage well it is dhamaka. But I am happy they are slowly but surely opening up.

I see your point Shru...and like I said, I am happy for JJ. But as characters in a TV show, it is important for audience to see their perspective to make complete sense of the situation. We are now assuming that this is what has happened with Jaidev. Say for instance, even when Jaya told him that she had not signed the divorce papers and she created all that drama to make things easy for SwaDarsh, Jaidev could have simply thanked her... thanked her for giving him an opportunity to talk to his parents. Then, you could understand better as to why he is being civil and kind towards her. Maybe that is the indication, that that episode changed her in his view.. but at the moment, it is our assumption and we will never know it for what it was. Anyways, finite series.. so no complaints. Also, because they are not the lead protagonists, the focus may not be on them. But we have all come to like them just as much as SwaDarsh. Hence the pinch 😊
About Independence day, I hear you. I see your POV. My thoughts were on similar lines. So, although initially Swadheenta will be in conflict and distress about losing her brother on her wedding day, eventually it will become a happy remembrance because of Asad's accomplishment and sacrifice.

@priti got your point. But Indian soaps assumption se jeena padtha hai. They don't give dialogues when it matters the most 😆😆. But Dahleez to great extend has given good valid dialogues and plot points.

Shruthi n all others liked ur views n yday epi.
After watching yday epi it just took me to the very 1st episode where i thought thy showed everything that was going to happen in the episodes to come .The most important conversation that swadarsh share was adarsh says " meri ek buri aadat hain ki mein apna har sapna poora karta hoon n swadhu replies mein sapne dekhne valon ko aaina dikhati hoon"".

This applies to each individual as each one of us has a dream goal in our life to achieve n in that process we come face to face with so many realities about ourselves n also about people surrounding us in our society infact in the run to achieve those goals some persons reach a stage where they forget what s rite n what s wrongi i think that has happened with manohar .and its not v clear but i think manohar might hav come from a middle class backgnd as thy r staying n suhus dads house n his thirst for status power has made him into what he s today.

Here adarsh has a dream to get his soulmate but in that process he has to face so many realities some that r related to his family abhay simmi issue , jj marriage issue, then manohar will become scapegoat n some to swadhus family appa n ahuja n asad getti g a terrorist tag.but how both fight this situation to emerge stronger s to b seen .They will get married but crossing all the hurdles before thy reach their goal will b worth watching.
And i think journey towards ur destination s always more interesting .

@Dumpling Manohar is no scapegoat. He is getting the black money for leaving the charges on that criminal. They are taking it and that CM also. Manohar is a culprit, I hope the truth doesn't shatter Adarsh.

@dumpling articles are many times misleading. So let us wait and watch. As of today epi Manohar is getting cash illegally.
And CM is telling with new bahu Lakshmi is coming to his house.
