The best part of today's episode was the Swadarsh scene!

At least she took it to the second hearing... I feel bad for her... I really wasn't expected any great open statements or anything... But I'd really hoped they had kept it a little more realistic in the Court room... Hopefully the makers will research court room ethics more thoroughly for later given that the show is going to have a lot of court room scenes...

Like lawyers don't bully their counterparts like that, their arguments relate to the facts and laws not the opposing lawyer's intentions for taking up a case and their over all incompetence and justices don't just walk out after each hearing, the lawyers so... Justices still have 50 other cases on the roster for the day...

I'm ranting... Pardon me...

Another thing, how long are they gonna play elusive about Suhasini's role in both their lives... Why is keeping that secret a big thing? Aisa kya hone wala hai?

PS: the precap made me happy again... they'll probably have that coffee... fingers crossed...

But ur short analysis says it was pretty good ...

No Indian show follows court room procedures properly. I mean you cant say this case is wasting the court's time? What type of legal argument is that? Even if your making an opening statement your suppose to give briefing of the important laws involved in the case and how you seek to prove or disprove them using witnesses among other things. It was funny in the beginning the lawyer was just talking.. To what seemed to be an opening statement.. And the female lead objected? You can object during opening or closing statements? 😕But I guess in an Indian show this is the best you will get.

I agree with u.they should have made the courtroom drama a little more realistic.the biggest drawback was when mr singvi attacked swadheenta's intentions.though i have little knowledge about a courtroom but still can u attack someone personally.can u!!nd yeah the swadarsh scene was very good nd refreshing too.honestly it came as a surprise that swa asked for the lift.when i saw adarsh's car i was expecting the same old cliched scene where the boy offers a lift thd girl hesitates and then gets in the car after much persuading.so overall a good epi again.

I agree with you that the court room scene should be more realistic,but I loved the scene though... Singhvi intention was to make swadeentha to be scared and back out from the case and the judge is in favour of singhvi,totally biased one since singhvi is very famous lawyer and a very experienced guy and they wanted to show her as a girl who has very low onfidence...In the next hearing,it would be awesome.
