No Indian show follows court room procedures properly. I mean you cant say this case is wasting the court's time? What type of legal argument is that? Even if your making an opening statement your suppose to give briefing of the important laws involved in the case and how you seek to prove or disprove them using witnesses among other things. It was funny in the beginning the lawyer was just talking.. To what seemed to be an opening statement.. And the female lead objected? You can object during opening or closing statements? 😕But I guess in an Indian show this is the best you will get.

I agree with u.they should have made the courtroom drama a little more realistic.the biggest drawback was when mr singvi attacked swadheenta's intentions.though i have little knowledge about a courtroom but still can u attack someone personally.can u!!nd yeah the swadarsh scene was very good nd refreshing too.honestly it came as a surprise that swa asked for the lift.when i saw adarsh's car i was expecting the same old cliched scene where the boy offers a lift thd girl hesitates and then gets in the car after much persuading.so overall a good epi again.

I agree with you that the court room scene should be more realistic,but I loved the scene though... Singhvi intention was to make swadeentha to be scared and back out from the case and the judge is in favour of singhvi,totally biased one since singhvi is very famous lawyer and a very experienced guy and they wanted to show her as a girl who has very low onfidence...In the next hearing,it would be awesome.
