Spoiler for today :
a young righteous lawyer Swaadheenta meets an IAS officer , Adarsh Sinha,at a wedding .
Adarsh is immediately smitten by her ..meanwhile she is given a case to fight
The opening scene shows Adarsh taking video at a wedding function , he is searching for his soulmate. A girl who will attract him with her smile.
Adarsh tells himself that his parents have been pestering him for marriage but he is looking for the one who wins his heart, he will marry only the one who causes his heart to flutter with her smile .
Swadheenta and some girls of her family are practicing dancing for upcoming sangeet , Adarsh is lost in Swa.
Other boys get impressed by Swa, she challenges them to come up on stage ,enter the competion for dancing at sangeet , and warns them to stand ten feet away of they wished to ogle at her .
Adarsh comes near her and they have eyelock
Adarsh and swa get into a war of words , each challenges the other .
Swa finds adarsh not so boring , he accepts her challenge to compete with her on stage Swa was sure he would lose .
The guests arrive. All are welcomed by the bride's parents and offered appropriate seats . They meet the bride to be .
Adarsh 's mother n father Mr &Mrs Sinha are welcomed too, they are looking for a bahu for their
Third son. The girl's parents ask about their choice. They hope for a girl from a good family .
The dance competition begins
Adarsh performs group dance on song .." Tu tu meri, main tera hone lagaa..."
Swa and adarsh dance together on song ...".dill da maamla hai dilbar ..."
During the dance swa's cousin trips and falls on stage and the girls side loses the competition. Swa is very annoyed with her cousin. She leaves the stage as the boy's side declared the winners.
She leaves her mobile on a table . Adarsh picks it up .
Later swa and adarsh meet and they have war of words again, he returns her phone, they introduce them selves angrily , he tells her he posted his number on her phone , she could save it if she chose to.
Swa leaves with cousin brother. Adarsh thinks about her name ,, swadheenta, independence ...he wonders whose independence she would take away some day ...
After the dance is over adarsh's mom Mrs Sinha ,reprimands her two bahus for dancing indecently on stage , she warns then she and their FIL were embaressed
The bahus initially protest but later apologise.
Simi and Abhay are adarsh's younger bhaiya bhaabhi , they have argument and later dance together in their bedroom in love .theirs is love marriage.
Adarsh's elder bhaiya n bhaabhi have face off in the seclusion of their room , they were married to please their parents, they feel trapped in arranged loveless marriage. Bhabhi is unhappy with her husband . The bhaiya wonders about his youngest brother Adarsh .
Later Adarsh dets green tea for his mom. They have mother n son chatting , they discuss his marriage. He says he will find his girl himself , his mom tells him that she too will search for a girl .
On the way back home swa and her bro are confronted by goons who accost the two ,as their two wheeler staals on a lonely stretch of road , they
beat up the bro and try to molest swa, she calls up Adarsh for help, Adarsh calls up the goon and threatens them with dire consequences if they did not leave the girl .
The goons mistake Adarsh for some biggie and get scared and they apologize to swa , let go of the bro amd scoot from there .
As Adarsh finally reaches there swa and her bro think he is another goon .
She sprays chillie spray on his face and they run away on their two wheeler
Adarsh stares at her and wonders what was attracting him to her , there was something on her face which did not let him take his eyes off her, he had chillies on his eyed and face yet his heart was racing !! Aankho mein mirchi magar dill mein laddo phoot rahe hain !!

Adarsh's mom n dad Mr &Mrs Sinha discuss how they have acquired a farm land from the farmers for expanding business .
Elsewhere swadheenta is offered the case of the farmers , to fight for their land on their behalf and save their land n prove she was an excellent lawyer .Swa accepts the challenge .
