Nothing new or old about this news

Well, I dont think that this is the only reason. Another reason as they mentioned is the over population of India. Thousands of men and women die daily. It is very difficult to dispose off the bodies. And, the bodies on which there is a legal formality like if it is a case of murder, the body cannot be disposed off quickly. This adds to the problem.

This was very funny.

Woman

Aurat

Is it a crime to be born as a Girl...????

A highly educated and a doctorate holder lady has to bow down to the heinous professional crime: Sexual Harassment...
Her body is being touched by her boss in front of everyone and in private. She is given immense and over-importance not because she is intelligent or able but just because she is SHE, a woman.

She cant wear what she likes, she cant deny when her boss touches her and she cant even raise her voice because the man doing all this is very powerful...

Such a pathetic situation for a woman.
Her knowledge, her dedication towards the work and her qualification becomes a waste due to her Womanhood.

This si the story of Namrata Das, a reporter in a leading newspaper.

The first part of the case was simply shocking. Her boss Sumeet's shameless behaviour made me feel cursed.

Lets see what the second part has stored in it...

The second part was even more shocking.
No one is ready to support Namarata.
The female employee who is made the chief of the so-called Sexual Harassment cell is so heartless...🤢

But, finally, she gets a lawyer.
Hats off to Namarata's husband...👏
who is with her...

Hope she gets justice and that Ashok and Sumeet gets the cruelest punishment.

Aurat/Woman Part3

👏
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Finally, after a long and tedious journey of 10years, Namrata won..
👏👏👏
Her hard work, trauma and all the pain she suffered...
Only a strong woman can do this.
Special thanks to her Husband who gave her full support.
Loved the way she hugged him and he also gave her moral support.

The case was just superb and truly perfect.

Thanks To Crime Patrol Dastak Team to bring this case.

I haven't watched the third part yet will watch it soon and comment but did you just say 10 years
I mean did she really suffer 10 years and then got justice
For sexual harassment it takes 10 years to get justice
How many years for rape and murder - 50 😡

I would like to write a personal letter of appreciation to this journalist. We are going through a similar bully case at work. The case is with the judge. The feelings she expressed, the frustration, the depression, we could relate to it completely. Could someone post the real case orthe real name of this person-

A big thank you to her for fighting against injustice and to stand up against the big bully.
Lessons learn t-

Give your complaint in writing
Document document Document
Talk to you r colleagues
Don't resign-believe in yourself
Don't accept the termination as defeat and immediately file a complaint/case,

It took her 10 years as her case was weak based on the probationary period. She had nothing documented in writing. She kept silent for three months. It was her perseverance that she could win the case otherwise bullies would have taken the ground.
