Absolutely right. The brother wanted to gift his only sister a petrol pump but she was refusing as her brother was most important for her.

Is it case where Dr Siraj Jaffer finds out that one of his friend from college who is known as Maqbool is pretending to be Dr. Jaffer. Infact Maqbool dropped out from college years ago. It was Dr. Varun who completed his internship with the real Dr. Jaffer told him about the fraud.
