Is this the case where the Doctor was a tenant at a young boy's house who asked him his rent and spoke to him rudely so he plans to get him into his car and gave him the injection without that boy knowing that it was going to kill him. The doctor told him that I will give you this medicine to help you produce more sperms. (The boy was having an affair with that doctor's wife? Not sure about this).

Boy's name was Sunil. The doctor lied to the boy about running a fertility clinic and pretended to run a escort service.

Wife was mad. Man took his kids to the forest under the pretext of meeting their famy members but took them to the forest and the father comitted suciede. Mother went to the mental asylum?

The iwfe was suffering from Schizophrenia. He was fed up with her treatment and strange behaviour. So, he decided to end his and his children's lives. He killed both of them and tried to cut his vein but he failed and survived.

Tried to prove the murder as an accident.
The body was found in a car parked outside a house in some village.
