sumthing i saw on cnn-ibn

hey everyone

i saw this on cnn ibn where they said that sum of the senior members in the indian cricket team didnt want dravid as captain so why was there this sudden change in attitude in the wc and why were they playing and performin under him before ...

was wc the place to settle personal scores or was it about representing india...

also in this report they said that they wanted sachin ...what i get out of all this is that this was a ploy by ganguly to get back at dravid and chappel ...cause if the team was not together they wud lose their respective posts and by suggesting sachins name he made sure that people wont think its a ploy by him and he new that sachin will never accept the post in these trubled times actually sachin is not even sure of his position in the side so by default captaincy wud fall to ganguly.....

i thought this was his game plan ever since he came back to the side ....and now its confirmed and i will be vhappy if chappel or rahul cum out in the open abt this which i am sure chappel will...

saurav i beleive will pay for his acts cos thanks to rahul he became a successful captain and thnx to rahul that he didnt backstab him when he was not in form and cud have been thrown out as captain 2 yrs before it happened actually...

i am ashamed of the indian team and saurav ganguly for havin not put the country and us fans before their personal agenda...at a big tournament like WC

what had saurav got to do with all this . He came back to the side and scored runs both for himself and which in turn helped the team . What did sachin do , did he play well in vital games . Against Bangladesh he scored zero and so was the case with Srilanka . Rahul just failed as a captain thats it , he doesnt have what it takes to be a captain . I saw the program too and it was ridiculous for them to still say that sachin shouldnt be dropped , why a special yardstick for him alone . If kaif was dropped for poor form, if many thought sehwag should be dropped for his poor form then why not sachin. People like to blame saurav for everything coz he is being made the easy target and he proved everyone wrong by playing and scoring runs. Yes he played very slowly but with the wickets dropping like pins on the other side , that was all he could do and did , against srilanka he played poorly and got out in a poor fashion but blame him alone is ridiculous .

If u cant blame someone , put the blame on the one who has already been blacklisted by the coach and some team members .

ok then explain why sachin got out at zero and seven in two matches playing poor shots , was he playing for saurav too

why didnt dravid take uthappa to the WC when he wansnt expewrienced in any way and had played just a few games before it , was he on saurav's side too

why didnt pathan and sreeshnath play even a single game and agarkar was given a chance again and again , maybe theres a conspiration there too by saurav

The entire team lost , they bowled poorly , batted miserably and fielded terribly .Why would yuvaraj and harbhajan sacrifice their career and place and throw away their wickets for saurav who himself has come back after being dropped and was trying to prove a point .

all these are baseless allegations to put the blame on someone instead of taking responsibility and also bcoz of politics. Again they want to safeguard certain players so that people turn their attention towards these allegations and forget abt them

sach sachin( I am his biggest fan but its time he takes responsibilty for his poor show ), sack dravid as the captain , sack harbhajan ,Kumble and Agarkar , being back Saurav as the captain and bring young players and groom them

Indian team lost as a whole. The batting was not there, and the bowling was not there. Sure Dravid might have done his job as a batsman, but he might have failed as captain. The media should stop coming up with these ridiculous stories, indian cricket is fragile right know so stop wrecking team unity. The point is ganguly did the best he could, so did Dravid. Tendulkar failed miserable and so did Dhoni. The point in there were weaknesses on all sides, so that is why they lost. There is too much politics in cricket already, who do these players waste their energy getting dragged down in cheap mud slinging. There might have been some bitterness in the team, but it is a shame it exists because this is a team sport, you could have the best talents and they will never win if they play as individuals. Team unity is everything, why do indians always crib and fight, is this how we represent ourselves to the world, that we are always personality driven and nothing is more important than their oversized egos. Shame on the media as well for feeding this sort of culture, they should encourge them not discourage them.
