question about toshiba laptop

Hi i'm new to this forum. my name is aaliyah. i was thinking about buying a toshiba laptop model L355-S7812 and i was wondering whether tht's a good laptop where i can do graphic design work, such as making siggies and doing things like downloading videos... so can anyone help me out? if u kno about this laptop can u tell me whether it would be good for the things i would like to do, or is it just like a business-type computer where u cant do much of tht?😕
