Many Messages Were Recieved In Pakistan About Harmful Mobile Phone Viruses.These Messages Might Have Been Recieved In India Or Other Parts As Well So Here Is An Article Which Proves That Its Flase

MOBILE VIRUS PANIC

Rumors of a deadly virus being transmitted via mobile phones have caused major anxiety
among mobile phone users throughout the country. Some reports and SMS messages
remain in circulation wrongly asking mobile phone users not to attend call from a particular
number as it causes damage to human body.

Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) also rejected (on their website) the reports
that a call from a particular number causes damage to human body.

Mobile handsets are built on specific standards across the world keeping in view safety
of human health. According to the health experts, mobile viruses can never be deadly;
it can damage your cell phone or harm one due to some current waves but can never take a

A mobile virus is an electronic virus that targets mobile phones or wireless-enabled PDAs.
As mobile phone networks become more numerous and complex, it has become more
difficult to secure them against electronic attacks in the form of viruses or other malicious

Though mobile viruses do exist and might harm mobile phones but cannot cause any
serious harm to human beings and certainly cannot take a human life.
