somthing might be wrong with the software, try going to setting and do factory reset, if that doest work go to the shop where to got the from, and ask them

My mobile has a problem. I connect head phone in my mobile so jack is connected but it's not working is my mobile jack a problem or it's software problem.

MY BLACKBERY CURVE 9360 when i insert sim to phoneafter 3hrs its battery finish otherway when i take out sim from phone its battery work for 2 to 3 days please solve my problem
