can anyone tell me why cant I transfer data from my system to my mobile's memory card. It says it is copyright.

Hey one problem is in my cell-phone...

its Nokia-5230

From the very first day I bought it I am not able to send SMSs from it. Whenever I click on the send option it shows "The msg is process is continuing and after 2/3 minutes it shows that the sending is failed.

My Q:

Is there anything to be activated or to be done before sending SMSs?

What is the cause of behaving in such manner?

Please answer if someone is able. I need to sort it out soon.
