hello frends..............first of all i am sorry as i am posting a topic which is not related to cid

frends i need ur help.......i had gone to the avatar gallary to select an avatar for me but i didn't like any avatar......i want a nice pic as my avatar but that pic is not in the avatar gallary.........it is stored in my computer

please help me to upload the pic

You can select avatar from avatar gallery. Or, you can enter the name of the URL that contains the image that you want as avatar.
As you said, the image is in your system. Put that image on a web page. If you want you can upload it in a page, which members of IF usually use for uploading siggies.

Enter the URL of that page as your avatar. It will work.
