According To The Interview and Chat shows on YT they were Waiting For A Chance may be they can Go on a Break for 2 weeks 4 Episodes as anyways it's a biweekly Series....and they might be having Episode banks!

Just Realised The previous season Started on 21 Jan 1998, 50th Episode aired exactly on first week of Jan 1999....And This season started with 2 Episodes Per week we've already completed 50....I wonder if the actors might be recalling those days when they shot for First season on similar episode numbers🥹

There used to be one episode a week?

I have seen some old episodes..they were of mins na...and one case used to go for 2 episodes...so 1 case used to take 2 weeks to get over?

Naah naah I'm saying Generally Like they were Waiting for new season and if they feel like they need break Then they can go for it but not with such a Misleading conclusion

Yeah it use to Air on Wednesdays at 9 PM for Half n Hour earlier and not only CID even Other shows were Weekly....Now think the Hype and Suspense they use to create at the end and Audience waiting for a week to See another Episode...No OTT, No much exposure to internet just those old tv sets...!! Ah Good Simple Old days

Yes episodes aired once a week on Wednesdays unril 2001 when the timings were changed from Wednesdays to Fridays.

Woah this is crazy... I wonder how people waited one week to just see how the case ended....must be so hard containing the excitement

It's just so boring now that serials air Monday to Sunday...like we need a break from this stupidity...I love how earlier Sat Sun used to be family time....just watch movies together

Those Days were Better....They had Major Audience not Only Children, Adults, Oldies audience of every age! The Cases with Those Old Montages, Classic Title Song 9 PM Wednesdays were lit...True They had much Patience than us🥲 These Days Everyone has Phone everyone is busy in it No Movies nothing....I doubt Tv On Bhi hota hoga kya Kayi gharon Meiin? Sab toh Phone, Laptops pe hote haiin Series, Movies No Family Time
