Yeah he could guide them on certain cases and they can also show the team get togethers once in a while! Honestly, if they kill Acp it will be great for establishing some serious emotions in the show as mentioned by another member. After decades of fake deaths and miraculously surviving bombs, bullets etc, showing the death of an officer can really be a turning point but I don't think I would like to watch a character like ACP Pradyuman ending like this! Let's see how this turns out

I sincerely hope Shivaji sir isn't quitting the show... Or ACP Pradyuman isn't being killed off. If he has to leave, it better be with him retiring. Because frankly, Shivaji sir has gotten old but he is still fit enough to play the character. So, I would absolutely love to see him continue as ACP Pradyuman and then retire in the end.

Next, if they do bring in a new ACP and new characters, I'm off. I'm not watching the show if even one of my favourites is missing from the show... I started watching the second season for my favourites. I don't care about the show if any one of them isn't there.

Honestly for the first time in the history of me watching ITV, I'm hoping that this is just temporary and ACP Pradyuman is not going anywhere. Trp falling was already a big disappointment and now we get to see these articles.

Agreed... I believe most of the viewers watch the show for this trio only; especially those who have been fans from season 1. These three have always been the main pillars of the show and it can't survive without either of them.

I do love other characters but frankly speaking, I would have continued watching the show even if they had brought in all new junior officers alongside the trio (plus Dr. Salunkhe but he comes second for me after the trio) but not if any one of the trio is replaced or removed.
