And yeah, Dr. Tarika is definitely next in the wishlist. Abhijeet does need some happiness in life... But my only request is that they should tone down on that teenager-like flirtatiousness; I won't mind if they end that completely too. It was fun but only upto a point. They need to bring out the seriousness in their relationship now.

Totally agree with this point... They need to handle romance maturely. Acting like a teenager doesn't suit him anymore; it was fun occasionally but it can't continue in the same manner.

And I'm actually glad to find several like minded people here regarding this point. Most of my real life friends actually enjoy seeing Abhijeet acting like a lovesick teenager around her.

Now the only thing I want is to have the makers feature Sachin a lot more. This could be the reason why he quit the first season in 2016. He claimed that he did not get much screen time compared to the trio.

I am really not sure that Dr. Tarika will return to CID, because the writers are focused on making Dr. Gargi as the main female doctor. But if we had two female doctors, Dr. Tarika and Dr. Sonali in 2010-2011 episodes, then why can we not have Dr. Tarika and Dr. Gargi?

Great news! The number of officers are actually less now given that Freddy is not there also :( Return of Sachin would make the team balance and strong. I hope they bring back Dr. Tarika soon also.

But that's it, they shouldn't make a crowd in the team and keep the focus on the core team.

I think Dr. Tarika will return soon. They gave hint through Abhijeet twice. one in the episode 3 and another one in the episode 17. So, they are definitely planning to bring back Dr. Tarika. Also I don't find Dr. Gargi strong enough compared to Tarika's screen presence.

Well, I honestly won't mind having two female forensic doctors once again after Dr. Sonali

But I am more interested in Dr. Tarika because she had a unique camaraderie with Dr. Salunkhe. Yes, we had Abhijeet-Tarika relationship, we had the CID girl group, we saw her friendship with the entire team. But her camaraderie with Dr. Salunkhe was one aspect that they are unable to build up with Dr. Gargi

Yeah... It is indeed nice to see more of the old team members back.

Sachin as a character... I did like him quite a lot. But he never became one of my top favourites among the team members. Still I am happy that he's coming back.

True that... They did bring her in through conversations twice. Frankly, there was no need to show such scenes if they had no plans to bring her back.

And I agree... Although Dr. Gargi has improved a lot since the first episodes where her presence was barely felt, she still isn't strong enough as compared to Dr. Tarika.
