The show opens with a scene of an woman dressed in anarkali salwar kameez(is Ekta producing CID nowadays?😆). The camera shakes giving blurring effect(is Fireworks getting too much inspiration from Balaji?🤪).Then the camera runs through a decorated office corridor and finally sleepibg beauty opens her eyes. She's shocked like hell,eyes bursting out from the sockets ,mouth open like rasgulla.
Then her world starts spinning and spinning and spinning(are the producers taking us through a superfast ride in a merry go round?🥱) and stops at her still Shocked face.Then as her eyes come out even more from the sockets and mouth opens even more,the camera slowly pans from her mouth to feet and then we see the slow closeup of a bloodsmeared knife(khoon se rangi hui chhora😈). Then even more slowly, the knife comes down .
Uff, finally the scene speeds up a bit as the khooni strikes down his/her knife very fast on our sleeping beauty.
As she continues expressing her pain and agony(read:plain overacting), the khooni stabs repeatedly,very quickly.
Finally, our khooni stops stabbing our poor princess, and the camera pans out to display the even more bloodsmeared knife, with blood dripping down the knife.
And then in a nicely decorated wedding entrance, a pretty looking woman wearing a beautiful salwar kameez runs towards the camera and tries to force open the door of a car.
Then an suited booted attendant comes in the scene and asks the lady why she is trying to use the car as it belongs to some other guest and offers her to hail a taxi(chivalry😆).
But "madam" refuses to take the offer(🥺) and says she needs to leave the venue soon and a murder has taken place inside.
And drives away(vin diesel, take notice) while the attendant runs after the car franticay but fails ofcourse😆😆.
Then another chivalric hero comes in and asks attendant bhaiyaa where is his wife.
Attendant bhaiyaa says there was a lady over here but she just took a cab and went away .
Then our chivalric husband questions the attendant bhaiyaa in true cid style that where she has gone.
When attendant says that she was behaving strangely and when hubby questions him again, he told him that the woman saying that somebody has been killed inside.
On listening to this , our hero (expectedly) pulls out a note from from his wallet, hands it to the attendant and tells him not to reveal this to anyone and also no murder has taken place and asks the attendant to search for her.
Meanwhile, in the cid office, the lady describes the murder scene we saw in the opening and expresses her fear of getting killed as she has seen the murder happenjng.
Acp sir tries to pacify her and asks whether the murderer has seen her or not.
And then ,mr.husband makes a grand entry into the cid office and informs the cid officers that no murder has taken place and everything is his wife's delusions only.
Abhijeet and Daya tries to crosscheck this guy called Sunil Kumar(itna stylish,tab bhi naam sunil kumar :D) whether the woman is telling truth or faking it.
Then sunil informs the cid team that his wife suffers from sleep paralysis.
Freddy asks what is sleep paralysis.
Abhijeet explains what is sleep paralysis to freddy, remaining cid team and viewers like a primary school teacher.😆
The husband says that this delusion is a result of another sleep paralysis attack but the wife tries to defend herself by explaining her experience when she suffers an attack graphically.
Freddy asks if this all delusions and not truth.
The woman says that earlier she used to have delusions but this time it is really a murder.
Unlike other times, this time she hasn't seen the murderer's face but instead can remember victim's face so well that she can recognize her.
Then husband screams at her but acp scolds him him and says that whether a murder has taken place or not is upto cid's investigation and instead urges the guy to tell the whole incident from the beginning.

The couple has flown down from the US to attend the wedding of Abhay and Mitali
Here , in a cocktail party held in the honour of the couple,abhay's papa advises him to use mitali's love for him to ensure that natalie signs 60% of her property in his name.
Abhay assures his father he will complete his mission(impossible).
While, mitali's friends inform her of abhay's "bad "reputation, but she laughs them off as abhay approaches the group.
Then raima starts to have migraine attack and asks that if she can go to her room.
Then , sick from her migraine, she enters the adjacent room instead of her room and sleeps there.
Then she wakes up to witness the brutal murder of another girl taking place(Lo! So sleeping beauty zinda hai :D).
Then she falls unconcious, to be awaken again by her husband whom she informs that a murder has taken place.
Her husband tries to console her and offers to bring water for her.
But when he comes there, Raima is gone .
Sunil tries to explain to the Cid team that it is all Raima's delusion but Acp sir countteracks him by saying that the way Raima explained the incident , she must be saying the truth.
Then sunil tries to say to the team that if the murder news is spread, the shaadi will be cancelled but daya assures him that no problems will be taking place in the shaadi.
Now, daya and purvi , going undercover as husband and wife arrives as the wedding venue.
They asks the same attendant where is the reception desk and the guy happily obliges🤗
And then, we see abhijit making excuse that he is here for a business trip and wanting a room with a good view.
Then Daya-Purvi enters and Daya cues abhijit about their plan.
And then purvi asks daya to demand for the 103 room which they get.
Meanwhile, sunil peeks from the cover of the newspaper while his wife enters, panicking.
Sunil, in a voiceover, explains that everythkng happened due to her only.
Abhijit exits in an elevator while abhay explains to his dad that he has failed in his "mission"(M won't be pride of that) .
Papa says that beta has to do the job and comes up with a new plan.
And then freddy enters in a disguise and demands the receptionist to check the cctv cams .
Finally daya and purvi enters room no 103 and runs a thorough investigation of the purported crime scene and finds nothing.
Then , exhausted and dissapointed(shikaar nahi mila🥺) , daya exclaims that why there is no traces of blood as the way Raima described the murder, there should've been a "khoon ki fountain" while purvi comes to a conclusion that it was really Raima's delusions after all.
But then luckily, Daya spots a piece of plastic under the leg of a table(phew!) as they come to a decision that the killer hadn't left any chance of any blood being dropped.
They come to a conclusion that the killer had covered the entire room in plastic and Raima had seen the killing from the other side, that's why everything looked so blurry to her.
In the next scene, the supervisor of the cctv cams explains to Freddy that due to a glitch in their software, all footage of the past 24 hrs has been deleted.
Then, freddy explains the same to his boss abhijeet.
Abhijeet comes to a conclusion that the killer is very clever as he/she had covered the room with plastic and also deleted the cctv footage.
And suddenly he hits upon the fact of checking out the footage of the outdoor locations of the hotel and demands the same from freddy, to which freddy says the required footage is available.
Meanwhile , the 4 also informs acp that the murder has taken place in the hotel but they haven't got the concrete proof.
Acp pradyuman then gets worried as he realizes that raima's life is in danger as she's the only eyewitness to the case.
Again, we find the 4 sitting in the room as they discuss their game plan😆
Purvi is distraught as the footage is lost but freddy assures her that there is still some footage left for the team to finish their investigation(Yay!) .He explains that as the connection of the cctv cams of the interiors and exteriors of the hotel are different, the footage of the exterior part of the hotel has been saved by him in a pendrive.
The team decides to check it out as the doorbell rings
Now, acp is still worrying how raima can save herself from the murderer in case the latter tries to kill the former.
After some medical gyaan , dr.salunke(like always 😉) comes up with an alarm system which is connected to daya, purvi, abhijeet, freddy's phones so that they can get alerted whenever an attack is made upon raima.
But acp decides that this arrangement is not enough and they need to catch the killer before he/she can harm raima.
Now, abhijeet opens the door to discover Mitali, the bride.
She asks where is Abhay but Abhijeet informs her that it is his room and that not all rooms are booked by wedding guests.
Mitali goes on to reply and then she receives a call.
She walks off to reply as abhijeet overhears her making plans with someone and that they don't have enough time do all this and she doesn't want any kind of problems in the wedding.
Closing the door, abhijeet wonders if Mitali has forgotten her fiance's room number when daya says thay she might be uspicious on them.
They decides to be more careful as raima's life depends on them and how they execute their mission(Ethan hunt will be proud of THAT).
Then, as they watch the cctv footage, daya decides that hiding a laash amidst so many guests is impossible.
Then abhijeet remarks maybe the laash has been taken outside but purvi interrupts by saying that at night since no guests hasn't gone outside, the laash might be inside.
To which daya replies that it is also impossible since if the laash had been inside, the rotten smell would've started blowing and abhijeet approves of daya by saying he has checked the hotel's freezers but hasn't find anything there.
Daya says that since parties and events keep happening in the hotel, hiding a laash is very difficult.
Then Purvi pounces upon an idea that the murderer has checked out of the hotel with the laash.
And then, we see Abhijeet flirting with the receptionist😎 as he tries to get the personal info of some Reema.
The receptionist tells him that giving out personal info of some guest to another guest is crime according to the hotel's rules but still she would've given him the info, but can't since she can't find the required info.
Abhijeet still pursues her and then the receptionist ultimately gives in and offers him to check the info himself.
Then abhijeet suddenly changes the topic and complains that the housekeeping staff isn't coming to his room.
The receptionist tries to phone the staff but abhijeet distracts her by saying that he had phoned them a hell lot of time before but couldn't succeed and requested her to personally call one of them.
Then, in the absence of the receptionist, abhijeet snaps a screenshot of the monitor and informs Daya and Purvi, who were waiting in the lobby in disguises, that 4 guests who were invited for the wedding left without attending the wedding .
Purvi informs abhijit that she will find out every info about these 4 guests while daya and abhijeet decides that since Raima had informed them that she can recignize the victim, they'll show her the cctv footage of the hotel exteriors.
Then sunil enters and asks the duo about the progress of the investigation, to which the duo replies that what is his main: the murder or the fact that raima is the only eyewitness.
They ask him to enjoy the wedding as abhay(dulha raja) enterd the scene and asks about why sunil was talking to the duo and if they were his guest, to which the latter replies in positive.
And then the duo are seen spying on abhay and his friends where they discuss about his playboy tendencies and where he had gone on the night of Mitali's cocktail party(the same night the murder happened)
The duo puts their suspicions on Abhay as abhay is taken away by his papa to discuss some big secret.
Daya wonders what secret abhay wanted to tell that ranjeet took him away from his friends
The attendant approaches Sunil and asks about Raima's health and about her murder delusions to which sunil replies that everything is now fine so the attendant should forget about it.
In a voiceover, we get to know about sunil's state of mind as he thinks that now Raima has gone to sleep due to her migraines, now he has to do something.
In the next scene, we see Raima lying down in her bed as a figure approaches her with his/her face covered and carrying a knifw.
And then the scene cuts to mitali applying mehendi while Purvi comes in and complements her on her mehendi design.
Then abhay calls her and they both walk off together for a chat.
Purvi asks mitali's companions about Mitali-Abhay jodi to which they say that abhay is a playboy while Mitali is a psycho who is crazy about abhay and can even commit even a murder for him(ummm, that sounds too Maya from Beyhaad. Even abhay looks like a cheap rip off of Kushal tandon) . As they talk , that Ranjeet guy spies on them and then suddenly pulls abhay off from the conversation and Mitali returns, laughing in glee.
Then we see the killer approaching Raima as she tries to switch on the alarm.
Then the scene cuts to the party scene where abhijeet asks a waiter whether all food is finished on which he replies that he is going for a refill.
And then the "famous" attendant comes and abhijeet chats with him about the going ons and gets to know that ranjeet(abhay's dad) came to the bachelorette party only after 11 pm and abhay was going in and out of the party.
He also gets the info that Mitali was running after abhay and the attendant remarks that he has never seen a marriage like that before.
And then, we see the killer approaching raima with a knife as she reminisces the time when acp sir was explaining her the mechanism of the alarm system while dr.salunke tells her that clenching one's fist and wriggling one's toes is the easiest way to wake up from sleep paralysis.
She tries to activate the alarm as the killer grabs her by her throat and attempts to stab her.
She succeeds in switching on the alarm as the duo and purvi gets the alarm and rush off to save raima.
They run through the corridor and daya crashes through the door to save raima as the killer escapes through the window.
The team manages to bring the unconcious Raima to conciousness as Sunil also gatecrashes into the room.
Daya suspects him as how sunil could be in this room at the same time as CID as the party has been going downstairs?
Sunil asks why he would attempt to kill his wife to which Abhijeet replies that CID suspects EVERYBODY and orders him out of the room so they can talk to Raima.
Raima expresses fear about her life being in danger.
The team pacifies Raima and asks her to watch the cctv footage of the hotel exteriors and identify the victim if Raima find the victim in the cctv footage.
Raima identifies the victim as a girl wearing white sweatshirt and jeans.
Then abhijeet decides if the girl had really came to the wedding venue, she must've met someone
Then daya says that the time has come to go to the bureau and question the 4 guests who came to attend the wedding but went away without attending it.
Abhijeet describes the 4 guests as pankaj shows the CID team the cctv footage:Mr vallena(abhay's manager) who had left his important work to attend but had to go back in the middle.
The resort car dropped him in the airport plus he had onky a small suitcase with him in which surely a laash of height 5 foot and a half can't fit within.
Then comes Ms.Motwani and Ms.suzie, from Mitali's legal team.
They also had to leave in the midst of the wedding preparation because they had important work.
The resortcar also dropped them in the airport and they had only suitcase,plus their own bags .
Daya then remarks that in that suitcase also, a laash of 5 1/2 foot height can't be carried.
Then comes the 4th suspect:Daksh, sunil's PR manager who came to attend the wedding on 1st june but left on 2nd june by his own car.
He had 2 huge suitcases with him.
Then acp sir asks pankaj to show him the footage of daksh coming to attend the weddimg.
In the footage where daksh comes to attend the wedding, he had only one suitcase.
After seeing the anomaly, daya, abhijeet and acp decides that it was daksh who is the killer(shikar mil gaya).
Then we see a scared daksh driving a white car down a quiet road when he receives a phone call.
The caller asks daksh where the Daksh hid the suitcase which he had brought from Abhay's wedding.
Daksh gets down from the car and shaking with fear,asks the caller who he is and about what suitcase he is talking about.
He opens the boot of the car only to find acp sir behind him who says whether Daksh will tell the truth here only or he needs some "treatment".
Daksh then tries to run away, only to fall down and to pulled from the ground by Daya by his collar and then Daya lands the "infamous" slap Daksh's face .
Abhijeet shows the victim's photo on his phone to Daksh
To which daksh says that he had no other option but to kill the girl as both his house and company were mortgaged to "somebody".
If he had refused this "somebody", then his life would've been destroyed.
Daya then scolds Daksh that to save himself, he murdered another girl and asks who is this girl.
Daksh says the victim was Karishma, Abhay's girlfriend.
Then we see a wedding scene, where some women are dancing.
Sunil enters as Raima and Purvi seats together.
We see the married couple standing-Mitali happily steals a glance on Abhay as Abhay messages someone on his phone.
Then the daya, abhijeet, freddy enters with a suitcase and everybody, especially abhay, gets shocked and the music stops.
Everybody gets up as abhijeet says he has got a gift ffor abhay.
Daya says the gift is from Karishma.
Then daya and abhijeet tries to show the "gift" to Abhay while he profusely refuses to see it.
Then abhay's dad ranjeet comes up and asks the CID to not open the suitcase.
Then abhijeet charges at ranjeet by saying ranjeet is asking the CID not to open the suitcase in front of everybody as the suitcase containd the laash of karishma.
Abhijeet then accuses Ranjeet of killing Karishma with the help of daksh, making pieces of her body and then putting the pieces in the suitcase to dispose of Karishma's dead body.
Abhay asks if this true or not to which Ranjeet says it is all true.Ranjeet said he had to do this because he had to make this wedding happen or else he and his family would've come to the roads.
Karishma wanted to break this marriage and to shut her mouth,Karishma demanded 5 crore rupees.
But Ranjeet didn't have that much of money with him.
Then suddenly, on the day of her death, Karishma came to the resort.
And since the negotiations weren't fruitful, ranjeet made a wonderful plan of murdering karishma to get rid of her and also brought Daksh in his masterplan as Ranjeet knew Daksh can't refuse this offer(So , Ranjeet is this "somebody"😉) as Daksh is ridden with debt.
Them, a flashback of daksh stabbing karishma was shown
Everything went fine until raima suddenly came to the room and witnessed the murder happening
Ranjeet says he even tried to kill Raima but the Cid Team saved her.
Then daya scolds Ranjeet by saying that Ranjeet was going to commit another crime to cover one crime and also that his spoilt son Abhay is responsible for everything.
If Ranjeet would've brought up his son with good morals, then they wouldn't have to see this day.
Daya declares that in the crimes of murdering one woman and attempting to murder another woman, both the papa-son duo will be arrested.
Then the CID teams walks off with Abhay and Ranjeet in tow as Abhijeet thanks Raima for reporting the crime and Mitali breaks down at the stage.
