Can anybody help ?

I am confused with a question . Pls reply me if anybody knows . Can stories submitted for Shatir Lekhak contest be published as original story ? Because ideas & whole stories are original . But we have used compulsory portion of beginning which was given by firework . We can't change that portion because , from that portion only story started . Without that portion story can't be started .

^^ Register means in future if I register for copyrights etc. that's why . Currently am asking for publishing . Because of the fact firework's part is in the story & that's written by there writers , can it be called fully original ?
