I didn't want to mention that...

It's absolutely heartbreaking...Santosh mentioned once that trio didn't even use glycerine for that scene.

No...he didn't say it in any recorded interview. He told Shagnika when she went to meet the team.

Also, Daya sir mentioned last year in the friendship day interview how well they all performed that scene, how they don't need to put in any special effort, how it comes naturally to them and how the entire crew was crying after Daya's 'death' scene was shot.
