I am watching CID since 2003 . May be not every episode but 80% regular I can say . I remember my first episode with CID . It was either killer lake or murder in interrogation room . Something related to Daya who was under the doubt. In fact I have also watched some episodes in 90's but I don't remember anything now . Just remember a scene where very first CID team is investigating something in the hospital . 😆
So for me CID started to decline from 2007-2008 itself . But still that time there were some good stories. Direction was good . And what we most miss in today's CID is bonding which was superb. Even couple of days before I saw old case on sony pal. It was 2010's case . Even that case took hold of me & I watched full episode . Daya & Abhi were investigating . It felt so nice . Even that type of connect is missing now .
First of all they should write a good story . ANd direction . Singh sir should himself take interest in this matter . He should also again get behind the camera . ANd also more imp is connection of bonding again should be developed between characters & audience.

But CID needs a total revamp. From camerawork to background music , each & everything needs to be revamped . They should kick out horror cases . And they must watch old episodes to get idea what it was . Even actors look tired & bored .
