I don't think that is what he meant. He clearly said 'Aditya sir ko toh hum sir hi bulate hain', so if it was on crew members behalf then he would have called him Aditya. And he was telling everyone's nickname, it's not that crew member's call Freddy sir Phandu.

And, when did he say 'Adi aja' ? I don't remember actually.
