A foghorn sounds and then we see a party where several magicians are performing. The mother, Maya, of the birthday child congratulates her secretary for a well-organized party. A couple arrive with their child and the husband, Pritam, threatens Maya. Then Pritam refuses to believe a magician that he can fly in the air and thus allows the magic to be performed on him. The magic works and Pritam starts floating in the air, but then he doesn't come down. (Bull****. It's a man not a balloon that he just keeps floating. 😡) The magician has a heart attack as the guests chase after Pritam. Pritam's wife, Sonika, is begging for him to come down and then he disappears. (Yeah now he's Tushaar Kapoor from Gayab. 😡) They go back to the venue but can't find him anywhere. Sonika gets a call that Pritam will be home by night and threatens her to keep her mouth shut. She does that.
Later at night she's on the phone again and asks where Pritam is. As she hangs up, Pritam's body falls from the top of the building.
In the bureau, Freddy tries to show a card magic to Pankaj. The magic trick fails and Pankaj can't stop laughing. Abhijeet and Purvi come in at that time. Abhijeet tells Freddy to put the cards in Pankaj's pocket. Pankaj says that they are Freddy's cards. Abhijeet tells him to return it to Freddy then. Pankaj can't find the cards in his pocket. Abhijeet tells Freddy to check his pocket and Freddy finds the cards in his pocket. Abhijeet says, "Isse kehte hain jaadu", finally removing his hands from his pockets. (Haye re! Maar hi dala. Aise casually khade ho rahe the aur phir jaadu dikhaya aur mujhe maar dala. ) Freddy praises Abhijeet. Abhijeet says "Yeh toh kuch bhi nahi" and is about to recount a story about his childhood, but his phone rings about a murder.
ACP Pradyuman, Abhijeet, Sachin, Purvi, and Dr. Salunkhe reach the murder site in a godforsaken cave and start investigating a body. They start searching nearby. ACP Pradyuman and Abhijeet find weird patterns of blood. Karan (who had supposedly left) is taking photographs. Dr. Salunkhe says that there are 6 pairs of footprints, including the victim. Purvi brings over papers which she thinks had food in them. Abhijeet gets another call.
Abhijeet, Nikhil, and Pankaj are now at Sonika's place. Abhijeet recounts what Sonika think happened. Sonika blames Maya. Abhijeet asks Sonika why she thinks that. Sonika says that Pritam and Maya were having some conflict, the party was at Maya's place, and Maya called the magicians. Maya's mother says that Jhilmil called the magicians. Jhilmil says that she got a call from the magician's manager and she liked their work so she kept them. She adds that she can't reach the number again. Sonika says the same thing. Abhijeet asks for the number Sonika got a call from and everything that Jhilmil has on the magicians.
Sachin, Purvi, and Karan are out on the road checking to see where the papers came from. At a samosa stall, a kid recognizes the paper. Another man comes out and says that 2 people used to come here for a while and would take breakfast. They would also show magic to the kid, Vinay (Tumtum) (What type of nickname is Tumtum? Poor kid. When he grows older people are going to laugh at his nickname. 😆) Purvi says that these 2 must be from the warehouse. Sachin thinks they may be related to Pritam's murder.
In the forensic lab, Dr. Salunkhe breaks the myth about how people can fly when he shows that string were tied to him and drones were used to fly Pritam. Tarika shows the mark on the other body that killed him. Dr. Salunkhe also explains the blood spatter and that the murder weapon is an axe. Tarika says that he was a gymnast. ACP Pradyuman says that everything is related to this magician.
Purvi brings up the sketches of the 5 magicians and the 2 who were at the warehouse. ACP Pradyuman matches the female and they are sure that the 5 magicians are related to both cases. Freddy brings a graphic artist and ACP Pradyuman tells him to remove the make-up and bring their real face forward. The graphic artist does some magic and brings forward all 5 faces. They are sure that these 5 were in the warehouse as well. ACP Pradyuman tells them to check all the numbers that Sonika got a call from and to stop all magic shows and parties.
At a charity event in Khandala, the 5 magicians are carrying out a magic act. Another volunteer is used in this act and in the process the man, Aarav, the guest from Maya's house, disappears as well after his body parts fall from the sky. When the whole group rushes out the magicians disappear.
Later, Daya and Jaywanti are at the site. Daya suggests that either Maya is involved in everything or her life is in danger. Maya says that she and Pritam were partners in Rainbow Magic, which they sold to Aarav. Daya says we'll need to find out about this.
ACP Pradyuman, Abhijeet, Sachin, Purvi, and Karan are questioning someone. They find out that there were 3 partners and one was Rishabh who embezzled funds because of which the company was sold.
The 5 less Abhijeet and with Vansh now reach Rishabh's house. They start searching the house. Sachin finds a photo of the 5 magicians and the 6th whose body they found in the warehouse. Purvi finds a vase piece, but she didn't find the rest. ACP Pradyuman wonders if something was done to Rishabh with this. He suggests searching outside. They now search the outside and ACP Pradyuman finds an area worth digging in and Vansh and Karan get to work to dig the area. In the dirt they find a skeleton along with the remaining part of the vase. As they are digging the skeleton out, Sachin finds a watch on one hand. He brushes it away and says that it looks like Rishabh's watch. ACP Pradyuman says that it means this is Rishabh's body, but first find the 5 magicians.
In the bureau, Pankaj says that one of the numbers is on and is talking to someone we can't believe.
At Maya's house, Maya is checking the newspaper and is shocked. Then she gets a call and a man tells her to come to Rekha Villa without telling anyone as they know what she did with Rishabh.
Maya reaches Rekha Villa where the 5 magicians have a show planned for Maya. They blame Maya and Pritam for killing Rishabh. They say that they made a mistake with one of their friends because of which he died. Then Maya's mother and CID reaches there. Daya and Sachin blame her for being involved as she is Rishabh's mother. The magicians try to escape and a fight plays out between the cops and the magicians. They all land up on the ground.
In the bureau, Rajeshwari, Maya's mother, says that Maya and Pritam deceived everyone that Rishabh was a criminal. Abhijeet tells her that she should have taken the law's help. Rajeshwari says that there was no evidence, which is why she did what she did. Maya says she didn't kill Rishabh and in flashback we see Pritam and Rishabh arguing and Pritam hitting the vase over his head. Maya reached there right at that time and under duress she helped hide the body and took Rajeshwari Aunty with her. Rajeshwari adds that she overheard Pritam and Maya talk about them murdering Rishabh last month. Abhijeet asks why she didn't kill Maya yet. Rajeshwari says that it was only because of Chintu she didn't do anything like that. ACP Pradyuman delivers the final dialogue.
