CID Written Update :January 24, 2015: CID Ka Sankat Kaal II

Scene 1:

The boat which carries Abhijeet , Daya and Pankaj reaches the submarine. The marine engineers and the villains take them inside the submarine and see people carrying heavy metal boxes .Abhijeet question about them and gets threatened. The engineers introduce themselves and tell them that they have smuggled. They set out to help them. They go to the control room and they try the phone but it doesn't work. The engineer tells them to try using the control room, which is locked by a password.

Scene 2:

Purvi tells ACP sir that the doctor who had diagnosed Anaya with cancer, Dr.Raghuveer is not a part of the hospital.Anaya denies remembering his face enough to make a sketch. She remembers that when she had to be admitted, two men paid for her at the reception.They decide to ask the receptionist.

Scene 3:

Abhijeet and Daya inform Siddharth that his sister is not suffering from any cancer and was wrongly diagnosed with the intention of kidnapping him.The engineers tell that their colleague Viraj can help them get out of water once they escape the sea, but he is missing.They go in search of the guard who has keys to the room where they store metal equipments.He seems to be asleep, but he manages to catch Abhijeet slipping out the keys, Daya helps him by thrashing out that guy.

Scene 5:

Receptionist agrees to make sketches of the two goons. Sachin(imitating BigB😆) and Nikhil in disuise meet this guys and thrash them.The goons deny knowing their boss or the submarine's location.ACP sir finds a box delivered from with a message informing them of the details of the next deal, presumably from ADP (Abhijeet , Daya , Pankaj).The box is goaded with drugs.

Scene 6:

The rest of the CID team is at sea on the boat with glaring yellow jackets so that they can be spotted by the goons.They manage to turn on the goons radar , who is dressed like Sherlock Holmes.The goons alert the submarine, saying the police have turned up.he goons threaten the submarine's occupants to find out who the traitor is.CID takes over control, but in the process hits some part where smoke emits.It is apparently the control center and now the submarine is out of control.The goons are locked up in a room.

The two boats have a race and CID wins, the villain , being evil, refuses to inform them of the submarine's location.Meanwhile, another villain hacks out a metal door to flood the submarine and duo manages to lock the door before the water enters in.Siddharth shows them a door through which they can escape before the submarine crashes, but the door has been jammed from outside.All the crew are dressed up in scuba suits ,ready to leave.

Then engineers try to control but fail. Duo say that they are indeed lucky to live and die with each other and Pankaj says he is happy and lucky to die with such seniors. Through the boat's radio, ACP sir contacts Duo and informs them they are sending out another submarine in search of theirs. Pankaj spots the rescue submarine.They all decide to leave when Siddharth tells them that someone has to stay back to control the submarine.Daya volunteers to stay back as they can risk a civilians life.They all leave.

Scene 7:

Daya fails to control the submarine which is fast sinking.On the surface, ACP sir spots a man swimming away from the boat and he happens to be the engineer VIraj, who is on the escapade, and accepts being behind the drugs smuggling business.All of them reach , and ACP sir is shocked to see Daya missing.He screams at Abhijeet for letting him alone, while he knew he would die.He accuses him of betrayal and the marine engineers tell him that Daya stayed back on his own insistence.

Abhijeet and Pankaj go back into the water and get Daya back.He seems to be severely injured and does not respond whatsoever. Nikhil proclaims him dead and ACP sir who is in shock and hurt, slaps Nikhil in fury.Abhijeet insists that ACP sir call out to his son Daya, which he willnot fail to answer. Miraculously , he breaths and they pump water out of him.All ends in tears and smiles.

Overall Verdict :

Every anniversary episode someone keeps dying. Its annoying.But the good part is no aatmas and the ladies of the duo stories were missing.Could have been better , could've been worse.I fail to get the point of Daya staying back when he didn't have technical knowledge, and all could have as well swam out and let the submarine crash. After all it was animated.And ACP sir shouting at Abhijeet was totally unnecessary. Spoilt the nice mermories of 17 years.

Must watch:

The one duo scene where they are happy to be in each other's company while they die.

"Till death do us part"
