One of my cousins undertook a course in Forensic science after watching Dr.Taarika...😊
Today, she is working as a Senior Forensic Expert.

muskan di thats so nice u shared that your cousin is now expert by the work seen of dr.tarika...it perfectly reflect the need of lady senior cop in the show like cid.

This chauvinism has existed ever since the Golden era got over. IMO none of the ladies other than Asha got due importance like the male cops and have always been used as mere eye candy, and the aforementioned dances I frankly find infuriating. Still, the fact that girls like Tasha and Purvi have managed to make a strong mark with their striking performances, stunts and bonding is a testament to the actresses' talent. I've actually seen young ladies say they are inspired by them.

I do not want any more new entries, unless we're talking of bringing back Asha. I'd personally love to see Purvi promoted, perhaps a few years down the line when she too earns a veteran status. As a small solace, I liked how the regular police officers at crime sites occasionally call her ma'am.

Can't they be addressed Purvi mam or Shreya mam? I want a lady officer as senior inspector given importance like Daya sir and Abhijeet sir..

Thanks dear...😊
CID hugely underestimates the importance of a senior lady cop😡

In real life CID of Bombay there are many lady cops, some senior some juniors!
Someone please bring this to the notice of great FW!

@Muskaan di - Unless FW is notified of this! This dream wont be a reality!
I am not saying this just beacuae I am a huge fan of Purvi but also beacause I think its ot fair

I noticed Pankaj adressed Vineet as sir but Purvi by her name! Jabki vineet and Purvi had the same rank! So true...I too felt the same thing. Even Freddy is "Sir" for them...!! Why..?? Just because they are girls...?? Disgusting...😡
This made me very angry!! We hve soo many new people at least they could once use the word mam! Seems as though it is a crime to call them mam😡😡

New entrants are not needed at all...
Instead, FW should save some money and give new shirts to Abhijeet and Daya...😳😳😆

Completely agree. Instead of showing pointless dances and introducing random new characters, FW should concentrate on building what they have.😊 We should have a lady cop as a Senior,(hopefully Purvi😆) whom atleast the new entrants will address as Mam. I mean, Lo and Behold, they introduce 100 million new lampposts suddenly whose job is only to stand at the back and show the world the bad effects of Population explosion!😡

Exactly...
Some are just show pieces in the team...😆

True...
They should stop portraying the girls as glam-sham dolls...😡

Yes...
When she was doing her 12th, we used to watch CID and Dr.Taarika was our fav...
She used to notice her body language and dressing sense... She learnt a lot from her indirectly...

CID cant realy handle the current team and they have so much talented Lady cops! Both Purvi Shreya are good!
I dont want a new lady cop on show as let the current ones need to get proper love respect they deserve!
As I am the fan of Purvi and I have seen many CID fans admiring her, I can very well say that she have proved that a women is no less than men! she have done
all the strong stunts and disguises and each role of her is very much perfect! Though I agree that Being seniour means you have power in hand!
But I would not mind if Purvi is an Inspector and some seniour cop joins as a higher authority as long as she is not dominated and gets proper prominance ! As for me what matters is effort and not your designation!
Yes surely height or your anything dosent matter as I have seen people saying This lady cop is short to be a seniour and all But what realy matter s is your Efforts and hard work as a cop!
But yes surely If Pankaj calls vineet as sir and Purvi as just by her name is not something bad but this may mean FW is showing that lady cops are more of having friendly atmosphere with their juniours or something
But work means you need to refer by the term of their ranks!
But yes if promotion is to strike, I would Prefer Inspector Purvi on the top list.. She should surely be given more respected position By the juniours!

Absolutely agree with you...😊
May be thats why the females are leaving CID... they know that there will not be any development in their characters so who wants to stay...!!

Muskaan, Dr.Niyati, Tasha, Lavanya, Kaveri and so many...
They all left CID...
