Sree you guys have done a fab job and caps posting is very very tough still you continued it that commendable 👍🏼

Maybe Vis's suggestion is good do a good episode caps only , but good episodes are rare

As for me I dont watch the show regularly anymore just watch it on and off and caps posting was never my cup of teas

Okay,

So no is is ready too volunteer, and i still didn't get the answer if members want the pics to be posted or not.

About the option of officer centric or top notch episode. or a really good episode - It varies from person to person what they think is a good episode. Plus almost every officer centric episode is OTT now a days and a episode getting 4 or 5 well i don't remember any getting one in past few months.

If i remember right binod wanted to post the caps. And he said he would do it by mid march or march end. So what i am saying now is i will open a poll asking if people here want pics to be posted. If i get atleast 10 yes, i will manage for the march - 2/3 episodes for shreya, rest by me.

Will this be ok with you two deba n shreya?

Special episode or Good episode idea is really acceptable but GD's point is also correct that in that way we lose no of caps. But if there is no way then we have to follow it.
Lets see if at least 1 volunteer we get.

I m talking this - I have one way in that i can do 1-2 episode caps per month but for that i need help from someone. because if someone like GD can post the caps, i will make it...i will mail her & she will upload & post.

Snehal, its not so imp whether people want it or not, important is we need volunteer.
Because if we open such poll, u will get 100% yes response, no one say - Don't post the caps 😆
Suppose if we get 10-15 yes, then who will post all caps?? The main question is that.

I am ready to do it for march deba. And for April i am hoping binod will help us.

About your question that you will make caps and send them to someone to post, i guess anyone can say yes to it. Again if no one is there, send them to me. I will do it.

If u can take this responsibility then its great. In 2012 i posted max caps & i know its really hectic.

About considering a new person, we already have bad experience in 2013 so i prefer the person must post few caps before taking responsibility.

I'm sorry Debasree but I won't be able to post caps because I've got too much school pressure. As you know...studies was the main reason I left caps posting so I can take out more time on studies than caps. 😃 I'm really sorry about that.

Yes it's a really tough job. It takes a lot of time and effort to cope it with. 👏 I've done it and it's pretty hard. 😳

My suggestions:

- make caps of the best episode of the month.

- make fewer caps...just about 20-50 caps to sum the episode up. 😊

But if you're in urgent need of a volunteer then I can try if you wish. I can see when I'm free which is weekends and holidays. :)

As for your request, even I can help out with that. For me it's always been the making that seems to take longer than the posting. 😆

Snehal if you're able to take on March that's great. I'm also hoping we get at least 2 or 3 volunteers but we'll see what happens.

For me its totally opposite 😆 making is more easy than posting 😛
