I would loved be volunteers or host of story contest but what i have problem that i don't know some rules so if it is possible to justify in short than plz shruti di.

If you want to host story contest then you need to give a theme/plot to the participants. They will write a story based on that particular theme. Not many rules are required here. And you need to decide the minimum and maximum word limit.
