Oh God.. I have my first ever college presentation tomorrow.. Though it's only a class presentation but am scared like anything...
Feeling nauseous.. cold hands... high heartbeats..

Have faith and look at the wall not students and ignore any talking or distraction and take a huge deep breath

I did a presentation on last day of term recently I get stage frights I shake and panic on stage as I'm always super shy and nervous but I managed to do it without thinking about anyone and looking straight at wall !!! Good luck and I am sure you can do it
