Friends help me 😭

Okay I was sitting and I had a itch in my arm so I itched really quick and hard and accidentally a spot I had I wasn't aware of got itched away too and it's not bleeding but it's really painful and I have this weird injection type of pain in my whole arm now and that spot is burning right now what shall I do?? Please help it hurts like hell I washed my hands and my arm but still it kills like hell please help me ahhh 😭

Sorry yaar it's hard to describe u know when u get injected and you get that sudden pain for a few minutes like fluids going up your arm u know what I mean?😳
