yes its really common,a relative of mine has same name
I once asked sridhar sir on twitter about use of this name in bluffmaster,if its intentional or not.
his reply was intenional,and that its a private joke they play on him😆
infact in bhool bhulaiya the even showed aditya(akshay kumar) coming from allahabad

Also these names are changed so Aditya isn't even his real name. 😉
