When Shivaji Satam (from CID on Sony) started hunting for two officers to join his squad, he hadn't bargained for the type of responses he received.
A retired Mumbai cop, Ganesh Bhummaiyya Battu, has expressed keen interest to be a part of the detective show. Battu, a former sub-inspector with 20 years of experience with the Mumbai Police, has said he's eager to help Shivaji crack cases. As they say, old habits die hard.
