It can't be. The girl has been kidnapped and they would not risk that and they can't fake a kidnapping and scare the parents by sending such a grotesque snap of their child. And if the whole thing is a fake and even the parents are in on it, then what's the point.😕 And the biggest reason it can't be YSPT is that his condition tells us, he is really critical.
