Now the realplayer downloader usually gets loaded in default browser that is Internet Explorer. Now go to sonyliv and play the video. On the right upper corner of video a small note will appear, when ou move cursor on playing video, saying real player downloaded or you can right click on the playing video and you will get an option there named "download with real player" Click there and your download will start..
