Can you justify -
1. ACP shooting Nakul in Trail in London? Was he right?
- No... Nakul was a criminal... but shooting him to death was not right. ACP shouldnt have got influenced by others thinking and should have done what he would do in case of other criminals. May be shot him in the leg.. or hand.. just to injure and catch him... but ACP's anger that his son was a criminal owerpowered him and made him kill his son.. or may be he didn't want to face the embarrasment of his son facing a trial in front of him... so he chose the easier way.
Suppose you are given a gun and are taken to the room where the renowned terrorist (who shot several people in Mumbai CST and is given 5 star treatment in a prison even after death sentence has been given) is staying. You are given the option to shoot him or spare him. Everyone in the world knows he's guilty and you are given an assurance that there will be no case against you. What will you do?
- If you are expecting me to say that I will shoot him..then...its a No. I wouldn't do that. Murder is a murder... be it of a murderer or a innocent person. If i was a cop... and the criminal was trying to escape or catching him alive was impossible without hardmin others then.. yes I would shoot...but if he is easy to catch ... then nope.. Even as a cop I wouldn;t kill the criminal.
But if possible I would show the same gun to the judge or someone who can punish him and ask him to pass the verdict which is right for him.
2. ACP suspecting Abhijeet in Sr Insp Abhijeet and asking for a blood test? Do you think the blood test was necessary? Why?
- Yes. ACP asking for blood test was necesaary... Abhijeet was missing from the bureau and wasnt available on phone that would mean that Abhijeet was hiding something... may be he was involved in this murder.. to hide the previous one.
Its like a t test... How do one define if a person is innocent... by proving the theory of he being guilty is wrong..i.e. failing the null hypothesis 😆
There is another question which I have to ask after this. But first let me clarify. Do you think ACP personally thought that Abhijeet was guilty?
- Look...thats like asking a 4th person, as to what the 3rd person thinks of, what the 2nd person thinks of the 1st person... 😆 I mean...its like asking me (4th person) as to what does the writer (3rd person) thinks of what ACP (2nd person) thinks of Nakul (1st person).
- But the writer himself has made it clear later that ACP felt that Abhijeet is innocent but personal feelings don;t work...we need proof

Asto...I didn't ask you to decide whether Mr AK is guity or not. It has been proven that he's guilty. He shot down innocent people in Mumbai CST. If you have been asked to finish the formalities by the judge would you do it or not? That was my question.
Also I wanted to know whether you feel it's right to keep him alive even after he has been proven guilty.Don't you think his accomplices will try freeing him by hijacking a plane and asking for his release as ransom?? (It has happened in the past, you know...Kandahar...)
Another point - ACP did on 2 previous occassions shoot and injure Nakul...he still escaped. This was the third occassion and he probably didn't want this to continue...
About the next part...
Here again I didn't ask you what the writer thought. I think I had mentioned this in the beginning. Think of what you saw on screen and from that do you feel ACP suspected Abhijeet or not? Why did ACP ask for Abhijeet's blood test - because ACP suspected him or to make sure that there is official proof of his innocence?
(After this I will be on mobile, so changing colours will be tough for me)

- Finishing the formalities on Judges order 😆 What am I the Hangman?? But if thats my task...i mean my job... and I have the order from the Judge to shoot him.. Yes... I would do it.

- Its totally wrong to keep him alive...Yes.. I am sure sooner or later some plane or something will be hijacked and he might be freed...But don;t you think there is something else which should be blamed??? Bhopal gas tragedy happened in 1984... and by the time all the legal stuff was over..some of the people responsible were already dead. The system above is slow and corrupted... If people there did think of the country ... then AK's end would be a repilica was Osama's end.

😆 How can you expect me to think what ACP thought...while ACP and Abhijeet both were the writers creation.. Anyways.. If I was the writer of the story... then like i said before ACP would be sure that Abhijeet was innocent and blood test was just to prove that he is not guilty.

Its people;s will and wish to worship Rama.. But for me.. he is not worth worshipping... He is someone who suspected his wife??? He didn't have faith in his wife..!!! Shouldn';t sita get a doubt that when she was at Raavan's place.. Ram could have romanced other ladies... Could Ram prove his innocence??? Never..!!!! he could never do.. then how did he expect Sita to prove that she is pure???

Now tell me Asto...why do you think Ram suspected Seeta? Why don't you look at it in a positive way and realise that Ram too never suspected Seeta and the Agni Pareeksha was just to satisfy the public.

These two look like same situations...but they are not,... one is a senior junior and the other is a husband wife.. but anyways,,both are writers creation...

ok... Now lemme ask you... In the beginning of CID... did we see.. ACP and Abhijeet going around the agni..promising each other..."You are my best employee.. I am going to believe in you.. I am going to support you .. I will never dismiss you...?? "

In the first few episodes of Ramayana.. we saw a long lavish wedding... with all the mantras for all the phera's... So.. where did the so called Great King's promises go??? Even before the promise of believing his wife.. he lost in keeping his promise of keeping her safe??? Don;t you think he took her kidnapping far too leisurely?? He was a king... a warrior...??? Chalo.. chodo..kidnapping toh waise bhi hona hi tha...Raavan was an intelligent guy compared to his opponent... He planned well. But.. what about the king's promise that he will believe her...???

Chalo theek hai... The Null Hypothesis funda...Lets think that he knew his wife was innocent... but to prove to the world he asked her to pass through the agni pariksha... and then.. they went back home... Good.. But then why did she again end up homeless in a jungle when she was pregnant??? I mean.. making a lady homeless is a sin.. but making a pregnant lady homeless his a bigger sin.. ... and on that ... the lady was no aira gaira... she was his wedded wife!!!!

ACP later did tell that he knew Abhijeet was innocent.. But Rama did not... even after the test..he doubted her.. and all it needed was a little air from the people around him to light the fire.

Lemme tell you where the problem was.. The problem was that Ramayana and Mahabharata was written by men and both were about suppressing women and dominating men that they can go to any extent..Now don;t tell me .. that CID also there are writers like Ajay Kumar, Freddy sir... CID is not going to be worshiped... its to attract both the sexes.. and EK;s K serials work because people like to see ladies suffer.. they relate it to the great scriptures.. the base of their religion.

Asto - The 'great king' never doubted his wife. Why I brought in CID was to show you that you can explain a similar incident in a positive way too...because you know the character called ACP better and you know that in his heart he will not suspect Abhijeet. As an ACP of CID he has to show proof to his seniors and the public that Abhijeet is innocent and hence the blood test.

Similarly, Rama was a king - a public figure. The public expect the first lady to have a clean image. She is supposed to be a role model for the other women in the country. Hence Rama had to prove to the public that his wife is chaste in whatever was the accepted method followed those days.
But his mistake was that the test was done abroad. And in the absence of newspapers/internet/TV/youtube, the public of his country were not fully satisfied. There were some men who didn't believe the test. The public only needs one small incident to blow up and turn it into a scandal. That's what happened after Rama returned to Ayodhya.
Now again Rama is a public figure - a king. He has no right to have a personal life, (just as Daya told Abhijeet - CID mein pyar vyar ke liye koi jagah nahin hai.)
The public didn't accept the first lady, therefore he was forced to send her away. His sending Seeta off doesn't diminish his love for his wife in any way. He made sure Lakshman left her close to a place where there were people who would take care of her.
He put his duty above personal life. As long as she lived in Ayodhya, the media would keep talking about her with masala. He had to stop this and make the people focus on better stuff.
See there was this incident of some MLAs in Karnataka watching some unacceptable videos in the Assembly...do you think no man in this world watches such stuff? But when a public figure does it, it makes news...
Do you think no man smokes? But when SRK smokes, people make it a big news.

No man is going to build a temple of SRK and say that he is the super power. No one says during marriage that.,,Ohh.. SRK gauri ki jodi hai...😆

In case of Ram and sita this does happen... and a king who couldnt do justice to his wife.. what kind of justice would he do to the public???? Ram set an example of leaving ones wife... Ram was a public figure so he leaving his wife became popular.. He set an example for the public..that if a lady stays out of the house of a day... leave her... and yet we say Ram sita ki jodi...
What kind of jodi was it,... is it way of saying.. careful... this guy is going to divorce you in future???

and yeah.. queen's character being unclean... the test was conducted somewhere else... what a plan by the king...!!! Well..there were eye witnesses and he knew his wife was good.. and he was the king... He could have said that be it anything...even if she had an affair with Raavan..she is my wife ,.. I respect her and its your duty to respect her as the queen... but he didnt because he himself had the doubt.

He didn;t do his duty... His duty towards the country as an emperor was to do justice to the people.. and his wife had injustice ... and his second duty was as a husband... and he left the pregnant lady alone... he fulfilled none. Where would the ladies of Ayodhya look towards when they need justice,.. ???
