So that they can emotionally blackmail the audience 😆 ACP had a normal family at the beginning ! With time, his wife vanished and he killed his son too. As far as Daya sir is concerned, they showed him an anaath suddenly, inspite of having a family Kya kahoon ! In the beginning, it was only Abhijeet who had a tragic past.

Yeah, the story wasn't exactly impressive (more recycling, evidently) but her performance was great. I'm not keen on all that rona-dhona, but after all that's what the script called for. I liked her bonding with ACP sir too. 😊
