Lovely videos !! i knew about their visit but never saw any video before this ...😊.. Its so lovely to see the real smiles on their faces... Specially, the smile on Satam sir was seen after so many days !!! CID mein to kabhi haste nahi kayi saalon se ! 😕...

The way they laughed at her jokes, the way Adi sir asks her if she needed anything while having food.. the way Viivek chatted with her... Aww.. It was all soo cute !! Hrishikesh sir ko mic pakda diya tha press ne 😲😛 ...

Truly, it was surely one of the best videos i have seen in the recent times !😃 Thanks a lot Bhavs😊

Oh yes, really thankful to Lata didi for pointing out the BGM issue to the team.. Hum jaisi fans ki baatein to maayene rakhte nahi..at least, Lata di ki baat pe to gaur karein ! 😕

CID team visits Lata Mangeshkar's house

After Sony's X-Factor, India's nightingale Lata Mangeshkar praised yet another Sony show. She has been religiously watching the popular TV series CID for the past many years and recently she invited the whole CID team at her place.

They were delighted to be in Lata didi's house and had great time together.

An Indya source reveals, "Lata Mangeshkar loves CID a lot and watches with her whole family on a regular basis. She likes the concept of the show and also she likes characters like ACP Praduman, played by noted actor Shivaji Satam, even Daya and the others. She also spoke about various CID episodes and their plots. The team had carried a couple of fake guns along and Lataji tried her hand on one of them recounting her childhood days when she had a good aim. It was quite an emotional meeting a singer like Lata Mangeshkar and hearing her praise their work. She loves the acting in the show and remembers every detail of the episodes."

Actor Shivaji Satam was thrilled and said, "It was incredible and we didn't believe that we were meeting Lata didi. We were there for almost two and half hours and chatted about many CID episodes. Not only Lata Mangeshkar, we also met her family members. We were not treated guests or celebrities but as her family. This is second time I have met Lata Didi and it's always a pleasure to meet her."
